Dr Kapil Kataria during his assigment with Vivekanad Trust,Coordinated and Successfully completed a comprehensive hospital planning project from concept to commisioning that encompassed several key components:

1. Functional Planning & Space Program: conducted stakeholder interviews with doctors, nurses, and administrators and analyzed community health needs to define space requirements for various departments, including emergency, outpatient, and inpatient services. helped  to optimize workflow and patient flow from entry to discharge.

2. Concept Design & Planning: Got allined processes with the hospital’s vision and mission, focusing on patient-centric principles such as natural light and healing environments. We ensured compliance with local health regulations and incorporated sustainable design practices.

3. Business & Clinical Planning: We performed a thorough market analysis to assess local healthcare needs and developed financial projections for construction and operations. We identified and prioritized clinical services based on demand analysis and established staffing and operational protocols.

4. Facility Design & Planning: Collaborated with experienced architects, we focused on creating functional layouts that enhance patient and staff experiences. and also ensured flexibility for future growth.

5. Equipment Planning:  Assessed equipment needs in collaboration with clinical staff, drafted detailed specifications, and evaluated vendors for quality and cost. We developed a budget and procurement timeline, ensuring a seamless installation process.

6.Operations-Successfully handled Operations of this hospital and reached near to cash breakeven in a year's time
